Kimma Coffee Roasters was founded by coffee specialists Aslı Yaman & Hanife Özyurt in 2016. In 2018 the founders of coffee shop “Cup of Joy” Ebru Dosekci & Suzan Serez joined Kimma.

The objective of Kimma is to create an international Coffee Hub covering all areas like:

SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Coffee Skills Program Coffee trainings (Roasting, Green Coffee, Sensory Skills, Brewing and Barista Skills),

Roasting,

Private label production,

Green Coffee & Coffee Shop consultancy and

Organising Origin Tours.

Anything related to coffee is the part where we have the most passion in this business. With several different trainings We give several different trainings globally and we had the opportunity to meet with wonderful coffee people and experienced different cultures and visions which make us feel enthusiastic. Education for us also means that learning continues endlessly, and we want journey continue forever. On the other hand, we believe there will be higher skilled coffee partners including baristas, roasters, buyers and cuppers in the sector. This is very important for the production and consumption of coffee to have a more sustainable world. The trainings help us to speak the same language. The awareness of a good cup of coffee is growing very fast, in particular among the young population. The hospitality industry is starting to realise the importance of this therefore restaurants, bars and hotels are changing their attitude towards coffee.

Consumers are more sensitive and selective about choosing the right ingredients within the various products. Coffee is one of them.

Kimma gives importance to cost efficiency products in regards to clean and delicate  cup of coffee. Unfortunately, today many coffee companies focus only to the cost and do not consider the needs of the consumer.
